A: The subscription boxes get sent out quarterly. Once subscribed, your box will ship at the beginning of the quarter. You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime through your account settings.

A: Turnaround time depends on the length of your manuscript. For example, a 50,000-word manuscript typically takes 7–10 business days. Custom timelines will be discussed during booking.

A: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping is available for orders over $100.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days and arrive within 7–10 business days for domestic shipments. Subscription boxes are shipped at the start of each quarter.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: Yes, we accept returns or exchanges for unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Any Custom made merchandise, Signed or Special Edition Books, Subscription boxes, Book boxes, and Services are non-refundable. Custom made merchandise will be labeled as such.

A: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving a damaged item, and we’ll provide a replacement or refund.
